A unique, modern, patient-centred practice model
We are inspired by our patients! My goal is to care for each patient in a unique, personalized fashion, and to provide safe, professional, compassionate care. The clinic is founded upon the following core values: empowerment, compassion, and inclusion. These values govern how we treat our patients, each other, and our allies and associates in the community. The vision for the practice is for Liberty Women’s Health to be more than just another medical clinic, but to create an experience where the patient feels they have been heard, cared for, and that there has been attention to detail in the clinical and aesthetic aspects of their experience.
FIRST VISIT: WHAT TO EXPECT

ARRIVAL
IN-PERSON: To make the most of your visit, you will be asked to complete a medical intake form. Please arrive 10 minutes in advance of your first appointment, and allow enough time to find parking (paid parking is available on-site).
VIRTUAL VISIT: Virtual appointments may be available for limited, follow-up visits only.

DOCUMENTS
Please provide your OHIP number with an updated version code, and an up to date medication list. Patients who do not have provincial health insurance must pay for services at the time of their visit (electronic payment methods only). Patients with RAMQ or no isnurance pay OMA suggested rates.
QUESTIONNAIRES
Please complete your pre-visit questionnaire sent to your email via Oceans Cognisant MD; check your email junk folder if you have not received this. Please complete all questionnaires at least 24 hours before your visit. This helps Dr. Manning best attend to your needs during your visit.
TIMELINESS
Your provider aims to run on time. If you are late by 10 minutes, your visit may be cancelled and a charge may apply. Please allow a 30 minute buffer given the unpredictable nature of this work.
The wait time for appointments with Dr. Manning is lengthy, and last-minute cancellations or missed appointments further delay patients' ability to seek care. We cannot fill empty appointment slots without sufficient time to call patients from our wait-list. Please note that we require 48 business hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes, otherwise a fee will be charged ($150 for consultations and procedures, $50 for follow-up visits).
